My clients missed out on a house that they thought was the one. We saw another home and we left there knowing it wasn’t meant to be. I went home, scoured MLS and sent them a property to drive by the next day. Unknowingly they had bypassed it on Zillow several times. They drove by, fell in love and a day later we had ourselves a deal! I was smitten by the tree swing. We are under contract and I couldn’t be more excited!!

In this market where some homes are struggling to find its new owners, I feel very thankful that these seller clients get to move on pretty quickly! A few months ago I posted in my neighborhood page that this specific floor plan was highly desired! We missed out on that group of buyers but the next round was waiting to view it this past weekend. The lucky new neighbors stopped in when they saw the open house signs driving down the road and today we finalized their agreement and we under contract!
