The best part is they are moving in with equity and already have plans to make this home their own with some exciting renovations. They have promised to share photos along the way as this will be a true HGTV type flip!! I can't wait.

And because every transaction seems to have a story... this one included FOUR snake skins in the crawl space during the inspection! Two of them which were nice and fresh! OMG. haha. We got everything checked out, and I am happy to report there are now NO snakes.
