10 peaceful acres, a horse barn, gardens, inground pool, detached garage, pristine ranch home full of memories, projects, hard work and everyday moments.

After her husband went home to the Lord, she lovingly carried the responsibility of it all. She maintained it not because it was easy, but because it mattered.

She carried that legacy faithfully until the season changed.
The time came for less upkeep, more people, and a new kind of peace. Letting go was not easy and we had a few tears (and a few glasses of wine) together along the way.

Another gorgeous Pawleys Island (otherwise known as my favorite place on earth) property… SOLD!
This 4-bedroom lockout condo drew a lot of attention, and with several offers along the way that were NOT strong enough for us to accept- we waited!
We held firm until the right buyers came through for the price and terms that made my clients happy.
My seller trusted the strategy completely and now she’s ready for her next coastal purchase. I can’t wait to help her land another perfect fit here at the beach.
If you missed this one, don’t panic units like this don’t come up often, but I will door knock every floor if I have to to find your next investment or vacation home.
