Closed on this beautiful home yesterday! Every single one of my clients are special to me! And they all come with their own stories. The past few I’ve helped this year have lived in their homes for 30+ years. They’ve raised their own children and made memories with their children’s children. And for them to trust me to help them with such a bittersweet goodbye is the biggest honor! Congratulations to my seller on closing on her home! My seller already spoke with another realtor before I was referred to her! They were recommending a much lower list price than what was fair. So I did some work and found the magic number! I was hired and my seller was able to accept an offer for an amount substantially over list price. That's the difference between a good realtor and a great realtor😉
