25 years. How is it 25 years? 🇺🇸

September 11 was the second World Trade Center attack I experienced. In 1993, I worked at 14 Wall Street.

Eight years later, Tom—my fiancé of just six weeks—worked at 55 Water Street and passed through the World Trade Center every day on his commute.

Thank God he was home sick that morning.

I’ll never forget how New Yorkers came together—helping one another, checking on each other, flying our flags and simply taking care of people.

Today, I remember those we lost and remain forever grateful for the beautiful life and family Tom and I were given the chance to build.

25 years later, I still remember. I always will. 🇺🇸
