My current home base is Fort Mill, SC, but I spent over 16 years in multiple areas of Charlotte, NC. I can help anywhere in Mecklenburg or York counties, and beyond!

Everyone from first-time buyers to luxury sellers, but always people who want a thoughtful, guided experience.
“What’s your approach?”
Strategic, detail-driven, and very hands-on. I don’t do “transactional” - I’m a relationship girl.
“What’s something people don’t expect?”
How much design advice I give along the way - from paint color, staging, and perhaps my favorite, full renovations.
“Can I refer you to someone?”

YES! Our firm has a very successful Relocation Department who partners with like-minded, full service firms across the country and world. I can take the pressure off having to ask FB groups for RE agent advice 😂
