What a night! Turns out basketball players are ginormous, who knew?!
Thank you to my ride or die, , for sharing her incredible seats with me ♥️♥️♥️
Maybe I always would have liked basketball if I could sit courtside…

Some homes just have it. *insert Beyoncé hair flip*

From the moment this one hit the market, buyers felt the difference, thoughtful updates, intentional pricing, and a setting that’s nearly impossible to find in Plaza Midwood.

Under contract on day one, exactly how it should be.

You asked, I answered 👇🏼 FAQ time!!

“What areas do you cover?”
My current home base is Fort Mill, SC, but I spent over 16 years in multiple areas of Charlotte, NC. I can help anywhere in Mecklenburg or York counties, and beyond!

“Who do you typically work with?”
Everyone from first-time buyers to luxury sellers, but always people who want a thoughtful, guided experience.

“What’s your approach?”
Strategic, detail-driven, and very hands-on. I don’t do “transactional” - I’m a relationship girl.

“What’s something people don’t expect?”
How much design advice I give along the way - from paint color, staging, and perhaps my favorite, full renovations.

“Can I refer you to someone?”
Please do!! That’s truly how I grow my business, and I’m so grateful for it 🤍

“Can you help someone outside North or South Carolina?”
YES! Our firm has a very successful Relocation Department who partners with like-minded, full service firms across the country and world. I can take the pressure off having to ask FB groups for RE agent advice 😂

March 10, 2006 - we started out on a crazy adventure, moving to Charlotte as babies in our 20’s.

If I had looked into the future and seen this, I would have been so happy!

We love our family and friends who make this city home for us.

Happy Valentine’s Day! 💞

Our homes are where love shows up every day - in the kitchen conversations, movie nights, homework at the island, and quiet morning coffee.

I’m grateful for every client and friend who lets me help them find their place to love and grow.

And if your relationship with your current house is feeling....complicated....I’m always happy to help you explore what’s next!

Wishing you a beautiful Valentine’s weekend!
