The office just won't be the same without Gene there! He started Plains with us in 2001 and hardly missed a day in the office, even when he wasn't feeling his best. He would always come in with a smile and a kind word. He will surely be missed by many of us.
Virgil Eugene Doty was born January 21, 1925, and passed away January 21, 2023. He was born in Fort Collins, the first of 12 children born to George Virgil Doty and Goldie Alma Spafford Doty. His childhood was spent on a farm north of Fort Morgan, where he attended school
