I am beyond grateful for all the love and support our SWFL family has always shown us. Through every celebration, every milestone, and every memory, you all continue to show up with so much love, and for that I thank God endlessly. 🙏🏼

Thank you, God, for all the blessings, the beautiful friendships, and the love Bella continues to receive. Watching her smile surrounded by people who truly care for her means everything to me. 💖

And my heart is especially full seeing her big brother there by her side, loving and protecting her the way only a big brother can. Their bond is one of my greatest blessings. 🥹💙

There’s something so special about slowing down and enjoying the simple moments in life 💙

Today was all about fresh air, sunshine, laughter, and sisterhood as we headed out for a blueberry picking day with my amazing women’s group. 🫐✨

From filling our baskets to sharing stories and laughs in between the rows, it was a beautiful reminder of how powerful it is to be surrounded by strong, uplifting women.

Moments like these feed the soul—good company, nature, and a little sweetness to take home.

Grateful for days like today and for this incredible circle of women 🌿💫

47 …… and some days I swear I feel like a teenager all over again 😅

The emotions, the changes, the hormones—it’s a whole journey. But this time, I understand it differently. I’m not confused by it… I’m embracing it.

Because this is what being a woman is—beautifully complicated, deeply complex, ever-evolving.

At 47, I honor every phase, every shift, every lesson. I’ve learned that there is power in our softness and strength in our changes.

To say the least… woman is one of God’s most precious creations.

And I’m proud to be her. 💫

Today I’m taking a moment to reflect on how far I’ve come and how much there is to appreciate. Life isn’t always perfect, but every challenge has taught me strength, every opportunity has taught me growth, and every person who crosses my path has added something meaningful to my journey.

I’m grateful for the lessons.
Thankful for the blessings.
And inspired to keep moving forward with purpose, faith, and determination.
