Two years ago today Hurricane Ian pounded Pointe South Condos with wind, water and waves.

We continue to work hard every day to help get our happy place on Fort Myers Beach back open so we can welcome our friends / guests back.

We still hope to be open in early 2025. We will let you know when the reservation system is ready to welcome you.

One year ago today our beloved Pointe South Condo was turned upside down as Hurricane lan pummeled Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding area. It was devastating to see what this storm did to our little gem on the island. Many incredible memories come to mind of time spent enjoying the sunshine, listening to the waves and breathing in the salt air on this perfect mid-island spot with family and friends.
This past year we have been working so hard to try to repair and bring back our happy place. The repair process has been painfully slow and permits have been hard to get, but please know you have 35 condo owners and a board that will not give up. We are starting to see construction process move forward and are ready to go with each permit we obtain.
We want to thank you for all the love, kindness and thoughtfulness shown to us through the past year. There have been many joys along the way and some really hard times. Our main goal is re-opening our doors and welcoming back our dear Pointe South Condo owners and friends.
