This just in... moments ago Governor DeSantis signed FAA's priority legislation, HB1293 "Fraudulent Entry of Residential Dwellings," into law, making rental application fraud a criminal offense!

This makes Florida the first state in the nation to address the issue of critical concern to the industry. Many thanks to each of you who have traveled to Tallahassee, contacted lawmakers, and provided feedback along the way. This is a huge win! (And, it is now being emulated by other states.)
