Allow us to introduce you to SWFAA’s newest CAMT, Hamza Rachdi of Charlotte Commons Apartments- AMP Residential! 🎉

Hamza is our final CAMT to be credentialed this year, and he also holds the honor of highest test score in his class!

Stay tuned for 2027 CAMT opportunities while we wait for the National Apartment Association to roll out updated content. We plan to hold 2 sessions in English and 1 in Spanish!
