Hablemos claro: ¿Qué está pasando con el mercado?
Esto es lo que necesitas saber esta semana (28 de julio):
Las tasas de interés no cambiaron — La Reserva Federal sigue manteniéndolas estables, pero hay señales de que podrían empezar a bajarlas pronto.
La inflación sigue un poco alta, así que aún no salimos del todo del problema, pero nos estamos acercando a la meta de la Fed.
Los números de empleo fueron más débiles de lo esperado, y reportes anteriores estaban muy inflados - eso es señal de que el mercado laboral se está enfriando.
Por otro lado, las empresas privadas siguen contratando, y los salarios están creciendo más lentamente (lo cual ayuda a controlar la inflación).
En bienes raíces:
Menos casas están entrando bajo contrato (las ventas pendientes bajaron un poco).
Pero los precios de las casas siguen subiendo lentamente, y hay más propiedades saliendo al mercado.

📣 Real Talk: What’s Going on with the Market? 🏡
Here’s what you need to know this week (July 28):
💸 Interest rates didn’t change — The Fed is still holding steady, but some signs show they may start lowering them soon.

📈 Inflation is still a little high, so we’re not out of the woods yet — but we’re getting closer to the Fed’s goal.

💼 Job numbers were weaker than expected, and older reports were way off — that’s a sign the job market is cooling down.

🏢 On the flip side, private companies are still hiring, and wages are growing more slowly (which helps fight inflation).

🏠 In real estate:

Fewer homes are going under contract (pending sales fell a little).
But home prices are still going up slowly, and more listings are hitting the market.
🔮 What this means for YOU:
