Thoughts and prayers go out to all affected by Hurricane Ian. I know it is difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel but we will prevail. Floridians are a different breed, and we will come back even stronger in the end. If I can be of assistance to anyone, please let me know.

Also, I had previously planned on donating a portion of my commissions to a local Lee County Charity starting on Christmas Day of this year. However, I will now be donating to the Hurricane Ian Relief fund effective immediately.

Stay safe Lee County, this too shall pass.

We had offers within two days of listing this beautiful piece of property. Very excited to see what the future holds for this development.

On a side note, I have definitely not been as active on here as I'd like to be. As you all probably know the real estate market in Florida has been insane, and I am trying to juggle both providing my clients with the best real estate services possible while also managing my website, social media, and my family's real estate investment company.

I am also in the middle of building a completely new and improved website. It will be much more user and mobile-friendly. I want to create a one-stop source for all local SWFL real estate information.

It will not be like any typical Realtor's website you've seen. I will not force my listings down your throat, nor will you ever be pushed into using me as an agent. I only hope my clients and users both find my website to be helpful and informative.

You will not only have the same resources and tools that you currently have with an improved interface but much, much more.
My site will include real estate calculators, spreadsheets, useful links you would never think to look at, and even more articles than before, all in one place and free of charge.
