Beyond his work in commercial real estate, Nicholas is passionate about giving back to the community that helped shape his success. A proud University of Tampa alumnus, he recently concluded his term as Chairman of the Board of Counselors, where he helped strengthen connections between alumni, the community, and the university while championing initiatives that will create a lasting impact.

Among the accomplishments he is most proud of is helping establish a new structure that enables the Board of Counselors to contribute $5,000 annually to its endowment. This commitment is expected to grow the endowment to approximately $150,000 by 2030, creating meaningful opportunities for future students and supporting the organization's long-term success.

For Nicholas, leadership is about more than professional achievement—it's about service, mentorship, and investing in the next generation.

In this edition of Colliers’ Beyond the Deals, meet Dannielle Robinson, Senior Vice President from our Fort Myers office. In 2025, Dannielle and her family established the Baba Foundation, a private foundation dedicated to supporting nonprofit organizations across Southwest Florida.
Guided by the belief that strong communities are built by investing in families and youth, the foundation focuses on organizations that provide meaningful resources and opportunities for individuals and families.
As a mother of three, this commitment is deeply personal. Her children are a central source of motivation and inspiration, fueling her passion for ensuring that Southwest Florida continues to grow as a place where families can thrive.
In its first year alone, the Baba Foundation contributed more than $300,000 to nonprofits throughout the region. Rather than taking a broad approach to philanthropy, Dannielle Robinson and her family are intentional and strategic in their giving—carefully selecting organizations where their support can create tangible, lasting impact.
