My buyers from Nebraska have enjoyed condo life in Fort Myers for years, but it was time for an upgrade — more space, a private pool, and plenty of room for the kids and grandkids to visit! ❤️

They found it: 3 bedrooms + den, 3-car garage, built in 2019 — and a wonderful place to make their Florida home away from home.

Even better? This was one of those transactions you wish they could all be. Fantastic buyers, an amazing seller’s agent, a terrific title company from the sellers, and a closing that went off without a hitch. 👍

And just when I thought the day couldn’t get any better… I came back to the office and found a leftover sandwich from yesterday’s meeting. 😂🥪
