Hello, lovely Grazing Haus community! ๐ It's been an incredible journey since we first started this charcuterie adventure in 2019, and I am beyond thrilled to have you here with us every step of the way. ๐

As we rekindle our connection, let's take a moment to introduce ourselves once again. My name is Ali and I am the founder and creator of SWFL's very first charcuterie company. Now we are a team of 5 and we are here to create the charcuterie boards of your dreams.๐

For the real OGs, who can remember the days we would rendezvous in Publix parking lots, and you'd gather your charcuterie box from me? Those days of grinding and hustling are some of my favorite moments! I reflect on those days before having a store and being mobile and can't even believe we've grown to a whole storefront.

As you may know, my passion runs deep, rooted in the rich flavors of my Italian and Austrian heritage. My grandparents in Austria have been running our butcher shop for 63 years and they are still in business. Their influence has shaped not only our boards but our entire approach to life. Grazing is about good food, great people, and the best memories. I hope you can now understand that my dedication to crafting charcuterie is with love and authenticity every day. ๐ฎ๐น๐ฆ๐น
