Dear Business, Home, and Property Owners;
I am writing to you to introduce a specific concept to provide Aid and Assistance to families and Individuals that are making changes to or in their lifestyles.
Reasons include the loss of a family member, changes in a loved one's health and Aging-Out of a home or the need to Age-In to a professional care facility such as an Assisted Living or Independent Living home.
Perhaps the family member has decided to move back North or live with children.
Other reasons include not being able to keep up the current living facility financially or physically.
Critical and painful decisions often times have to be made in a short period of time. My focus is to conduct a free consultation to help determine what are the needs of each person?
Working with a team of other professionals, such as your Doctors, Attorneys, business associates and family members we will work to access what type of assets you have and how to position them for your ongoing care and place them into the correct and proper order for distribution as for your final wishes.
Specifically, types and location of all real estate holding, stock and bond/investment portfolio. Whose name(s) should be on each paperwork?
Are other real estate properties located outside the state of Florida or in another country?
Are they titled and funded to a Living or your Revocable Trust? Do you have a Living Will? (Ask your Attorney)
I help analyze with other professionals what care will be needed with the aid of family doctors and care givers.
Perhaps you will need a professional assessment from a Nurse or Doctor to determine your needs?
It is very important that you know the services that a Care facility provides. They are not all the same and some have state licenses to provide higher amounts of care.
As a Realtor, I have worked to sell the properties owned by the Aging Out - Aging In clients. Coldwell Banker Realty (Since 1906) has a network of Brokers to work with across the Globe. If the property is not to be sold and will go to children and loved ones than the Attorneys will help client to properly change names and or transfer or gift to the appropriate person(s) or Charity.
