I moved to Fort Myers Florida from Michigan in 2019 and though I have visited Florida all my life, living here has led me to love not only the community of SW Florida but also the idea of selling that same tropical lifestyle that drew me here in the first place. I was hired by a local brokerage as a transaction coordinator and have spent the past 3 years working full-time directly with Realtors on all types of transactions. After about a year as a full-time transaction coordinator, I earned the additional title of office manager. I have learned not only valuable market insight but also a broad understanding and appreciation of the process involved in a successful real estate transaction. I obtained my sales associate license in March of 2022, and I am beyond excited to see where the future takes me and my career.

We are finally starting to see a shift in the local housing market that has mostly been dominated by sellers due to low inventory and an influx of buyers in our area (among other factors). With a 51% increase in inventory compared to 2021, it appears we may finally be shifting to a more level market! Follow for more updates 🙂

Fun fact, these are all photos we have captured ourselves!

-AC completely stopped working
