32,449 showings in March 2022 that were tracked not to mention all the people out looking at open houses and realtors who showed combo boxes not tracked by showing time.....

INVENTORY: We currently have less than 1 month of inventory with the current sales velocity.
DAYS ON MARKET: Properties average 5 days on the market which means demand is there and we dont have enough inventory.
MEDIAN SALES PRICE: $435,000 1 year ago it was $332,500
CLOSED SALES: 3900 properties vs. February 2022 at 2828 properties vs March last year at 5384 properties... Low inventory continues to be an issue here... If you would like to sell your home or buy one or both, please give me a call at 949.683.0498
