Not sure why so many are freaking out, must be all the BS rumors about the Real Estate settlement? Don't see really any huge changes happening. Maybe in other states this is creating major changes?I think most Realtors in Lee County FL are clueless to options all along. Heck I was in a meeting one time with 200 agents and I was the only one that new there were farms in Fort Myers just saying.

Interesting fact of the day: most countries you drive on the right side of the road due to has to do with who was whipping the horse, left hand driving countries is due to being able to draw a sword with prominent hand. Felt great getting out on the water with a friend finally. Fish were bighting like crazy. Being on the water and then walking the beach is a recharge for the soul and health. Found the biggest conch shell ever since living here almost 20 years.
