After attending the University of Florida, I returned to the Ft. I served for over seven years as a Reserve Police Officer with the City of Cape Coral. I have over 25 years of professional marketing experience…20 years with print and online yellow pages. I am very familiar with the local market. I am extremely customer service oriented and love the real estate business. I really enjoy helping people sell their home or find a new home. I currently hold Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designations. I have successfully marketed and closed several short sales for my clients. I also work with several investors who are acquiring income properties in Southwest Florida. I am an avid reader of Stuart Woods, Tom Clancy, Vince Flynn and others of that genre. I also enjoy traveling and riding my Harley Davidson with friends and family. I have two children and a grandchild who live in this area and I am fortunate to spend quite a bit of time with them.
