·Keep up-to-date with the rental market and work with the owners as properties are up for renewal or will be vacant, to ensure competitive rental rates.
· Provide tours of vacant properties to prospective tenants
· Advertise available properties on the MLS
Process applications to ensure applicants qualify
· Assist with general office duties
· Complete detailed move-in inspections prior to leasing each property

Leasing Agent Requirements and Qualifications:

· Florida Real Estate License
· Sales or marketing skills preferred
· Experience with property management software preferred
· Driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Bilingual communication skills
· Organizational skills
· Excellent leasing and closing skills
