Title Insurance/Real Estate Closer (licensed preferred) needed for a busy title company in Fort Myers. We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, detailed, customer service oriented, driven, energetic individual to join our team. The ability to follow direction, prioritize, multi-task and think quickly while also maintaining accuracy is a must in this industry. While we do have support staff you must be completely comfortable and confident in your ability to handle all aspects of the closing process from start to finish if and when necessary. The ideal candidate will be fully competent at contract review and order entry, processing (including but not limited to ordering of mortgage payoffs, association estoppels, permitting and lien searches, surveys, information gathering, addressing title defects, fulfilling lender pre-closing requirements, etc.), CD/Closing Statement preparation and file balancing, survey review, document preparation (including 1099s), signing of buyers and sellers, obtaining funding authorization warehousing files (sending payoffs, commission checks, closed loan packages, checks for bills and invoices, post closing/client follow up requests), requesting policies from underwriting and sending final policies to owners and lenders. Knowledge of Closers Choice helpful. Notary required.
The owner of our company has been in the industry 20+ years and is in the office every day, available to give help and support as needed. We currently have a great staff in place and are looking for the right person to join our team.
We are offering a base salary plus generous commission for any additional business acquired as a result of the individual being hired, however a following is not required. This will be a long term, full time position for the right individual. 401K and health insurance are available.
Minimum of two years prior experience is required.
