25 years! 🥺And I still remember where I was when I saw the footage and learned that a terrorist attack just happened on the World Trade Center. How I felt and what my phone 📲 conversation with My Mom was. It was her Birthday 🎂 and mine the 12th. We both felt it wasn't right to celebrate. It's surreal. Yellow roses are for my Mom, her favorite but also to all the family love ones that were lost because of this tragedy. My God Bless 🙌 our country & love ones as we continue to heal and mourn. 💝

Feeling Super blessed 😇these past few weeks. Received a Thank you card from my SELLER for going "above & beyond" their expectations he sent me this card and a "token" to treat myself. 🥰

🎉Celebration time! 🎉 Short Sale officially closed!

This one was a special one, Barbara came into my REMAX office back in May. She had been renting for a few years since her husband passed away. And Now she wanted to get a home 🏡 for herself. She had never done anything without her husband and I could tell she was a little nervous. I calmed her nervousness by walking her through the process of home buying.
She was ready to start looking right away, so we looked at few places in her budget but I was super excited to show her one in particular because I felt it would be perfect for her. This one!
She's the age that my Mom would be, she lost her husband, love of her life, after many years of being married doing everything with him. 🤗
This is why I love doing what I do. 💝
It's literally not about selling a piece of property!
It's finding a person a 🏡 home, starting their next chapter in life, and sometimes that's doing it alone without their spouse after many years of being together. 🥰
Long story short she fell in love with the condo I knew would be perfect 👌, showed it to her son for approval and then the long process of closing on a short sale began. There were times I knew she was doubting and worried about it ever closing. I reassured her it will happen and thankfully we did!

🤩Nothing Short about a SHORT SALE! Let me explain why us REALTORs say this....
My Buyer's offer was accepted on MAY 7th...when it's a SHORT SALE, that means the BANK 🏦 has the final say, so even though the Seller accepted my Buyer's offer 🤑💲💰 we have to wait on the BANK 🏦 👨‍💻to decide...this process can go on forrrreverrrr!!
While My Buyer & I waited patiently 😬🤪😴 I celebrated my anniversary, 4th of July celebrated 250th Birthday of our Nation 🇺🇲, went to Naples Zoo with my sister in law & kids. 🐆🦒🐒 Cut my middle finger, which is healed now thank goodness! 😅
And showed many other properties, pending & closed while we still waited!
TODAY Thank you 53 for finally APPROVING the Sale!

My buyers came BACK to SWFL after leaving because of 🌀Ian. They said NC mountains ⛰️ are too 🥶 and want their sunshine warmth 🌞 & water views 🌊 back!

We looked at a handful of condo High-rises and they decided on Harbour Isles! Pictures don't do it justice with the Caloosahatchee River views!

Buyer's Agent gave me thanks 😊 for being so helpful and having a pleasant experience working with me. And the BUYER emailed me telling Me 💁‍♀️that it was my "extra effort in reaching back out to our agent is what sold the house" "what got the property sold - your effort."
