🚨 PLEASE READ: If you closed on your new build last year, or purchased a resale, and you are able to make it your primary residence, you will want to file for your Homestead Exemption.

Also, if you were previously homesteaded in Florida, and sold your home less than 3 years ago, you should be able to "port" over your accumulated Save Our Homes benefit.
