The second reason we are ‘PROS’ is that we have that spark of something extra to bring to the table. Our team is currently made up of many remarkable professionals with very different interests and backgrounds. Cossett Garcia, John Giddens, and Nicole Williams are the leaders of our group, and are truly battle-tested veterans with almost 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and John over 25. Cossett has been in the industry for many years, working as a Broker Associate for many years before venturing out to lead her own team. Licensed in 2008, she has founded a successful brokerage, and is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and a Certified Residential Property Manager. She has an exceptional network in Southwest Florida, so she can guide buyers to resources like great builders, lenders, and title companies to make their purchases go smoothly. On the other hand, sellers will benefit from her wide experience, from pointing out minor improvements that can net you more for your home or helping you find affordable fixes, to pricing your home to sell fast. Nicole was born in New Jersey, and happily escaped the cold winters to play in the sun! In 2013, she made a career change and decided to take on property management after attending American Intercontinental Universities accounting program. While accounting was always her passion, Real Estate has proven itself and officially taken the driver’s seat. After managing single and multi-unit properties for over 2 years she decided being a Real Estate Agent was her true calling. She received her Residential Property Management Certification in April of 2015 and her Broker’s license in October of 2018 and has never looked back.
