September is here again, a month designated to promote childhood cancer awareness. It has been 18 months since the passing of an amazing superhero, Chase Johnson. Chase's love for life, courage and tenacity were only a few of the reasons that this community fell in love with the young champion. Like last year, I am going to donate $5 for every page "like" on my page: Caloosa Realty Group-Matt Seneca (up to 250 likes) to Grace For Chase, a charity near and dear to Jamie and I. For any real estate transaction that begins in the month of September I will donate $500 to Grace for Chase or a Children's cancer organization of the clients choice. I encourage everyone to wear gold this month to promote awareness for the cause and if you find yourself in the position, to donate to the childhood cancer charity of your choice. Until this disease is eradicated and these little superheroes are no longer lost to cancer, there is never enough money that can be donated to help fund research, develop new treatments, and ease the financial burden of the affected family. Obviously I'm partial to Grace for Chase, but just give what you can, where you can, if you can. Thanks

Thank you everyone for your likes and shares but more importantly thank you for supporting the Johnson/Snyder family with their fundraising goals for the Golisano children's hospital, in honor and memory of all of ours super hero, Chase Johnson. I will be cutting my FIRST check this week. If you have the means I encourage you to donate as well. I included the direct donation page for Lee Memorial Foundation. Please make sure you choose the Golisano Childrens Hospital option, and when you check out you have the option to write "In Memory of" Please put "Grace For Chase fundraising goal". September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and I will donate $5 for ever new like (up to 200 likes) to the local Golisano Children's hospital in memory of our little friend Chase Johnson, who lost his battle with cancer but earned his wings this past March. This hospital and their staff became a home and family for the Johnson family. In honor of Chase, the Johnson family has committed to raising $100,000 for Golisano Children's Hospital.
