Olana Naples Residences just closed a $197 million construction loan for its 12-unit beachfront project on Gulf Shore Boulevard.

The per-unit math is striking. The loan alone is roughly $16.4 million per residence. The land, purchased for $102.6 million in 2024, adds another $8.55 million per unit. That is roughly $25 million per home.
