Raised and educated in the little village of Skaneateles, on a pristine lake in the Finger Lakes Region of Central New York State, I attended college in that area and have much work experience in the areas of housing, finance, and personal relationships. All of which gives me a wealth of experiences to help me as I work with people. With more than 30 years experience in the housing industry and a background in small business, finance and personal income tax, I can utilize these assets in the complicated process of buying and selling real estate. Licensed in both New York State and Florida, I have enjoyed 19 years in real estate, building relationships and providing the best service available. After many years in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Central New York I am now settled in Southwest Florida. This wonderful area has so much to offer: great housing including condos, single family homes,and gated communities, beautiful beaches, golf, tennis, numerous parks and recreational areaa, biking, and malls for shopping. I love sharing Florida and especially Lee County, with everyone l work with. In real estate, my goal is to listen carefully and use my experience and knowledge with professionalism and a personal touch to serve the needs of buyers and sellers.
