Construction has begun at Sawgrass Lakes, a gated single-family community in Babcock Ranch, Florida, with sales expected to open in January 2027. Three home collections with anticipated starting prices ranging from the upper $500,000s to more than $1 million.
Located on the Lee County side of the Southwest Florida master-planned community, Sawgrass Lakes will offer one- and two-story homes with three to six bedrooms.
