The final phase of Vehicle Fortress broke ground today. Over half of the units in this phase are already reserved before a single wall goes up.
What's happening on site
Site work is underway. This is the last phase we'll build. When Phase B sells out, Vehicle Fortress is complete as a development.
What "over half reserved" means
Reservation holders moved early because they watched Phase A sell out before construction finished and Phase A continue to sell steadily through build. The pattern is consistent: the best units go before the slab is poured.
Same build, same standards
Phase B is the same construction we have delivered through every prior phase. 18'+ clear height. 65' aisles. Concrete block. 24' above sea level. The fortress standard doesn't change because it's the final phase.
What to do if you've been waiting
If you've been watching Vehicle Fortress and waiting for the right moment, this is the moment. Phase A is sold out. Phase B is the last one we'll build.
