Do you live in Cape Coral? Here's some flood information for you.
Cape Coral launches flood risk information portal. Find the link on their website since the hyperlink didn't copy.

City of Cape Coral is partnering with Forerunner to give residents access to flood risk information for their properties. Residents can utilize Forerunner's Flood Risk Check, which uses any address to find the property's flood zone, base flood elevation, design flood elevation and other floodplain information. Searches can be done for existing elevation certificates and important flood documents to avoid the cost of getting new ones. Users can check a property's previous improvements or damages to understand possible limitations before making changes and can contact their local floodplain management team through Forerunner's Get Help page. Free Legal Advise for Ft. Myers Seniors!

FREE LEGAL CLINIC FOR SENIORS TO RETURN TO DOWNTOWN FORT MYERS LIBRARY
Lee County Legal Aid Society will host a free legal clinic for area seniors in need of no-cost, limited legal advice on civil matters from 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 7 at the Fort Myers Regional Library meeting room, 1651 Lee St. The Law at the Library quarterly conversation is open to Lee County residents ages 50 and older. There will be a 30-minute panel presentation followed by an audience question-and-answer session and then 20-minute individual appointments on any legal issue, excluding criminal cases, beginning at 10 a.m. Participants should email [email protected] or call 239-334-6118 and provide contact information, a brief description of the legal advice being sought and any relevant documents.

Did you get forbearance on your mortgage and now the bank wants you to catch up and you just can't? You may have accrued more value due to inflation. So- instead of letting the bank foreclose, talk to an experienced Realtor (like me) who can explain your options. You may be able to walk away from the closing table with some cash in your bank instead of losing your home and having a foreclosure on your credit.

We see the ads on TV saying "we will buy your house as is, quick close, etc."
Do yourself a favor by talking with 1 or more Realtors who are active in your neighborhood and have them do a market analysis.

I just sold a home where the seller NETTED about 30% more than one of these companies offered her.
Listed 3/18, under contract (full price) 4/16 and closed 5/3. Needless to say, this is one happy customer.
