Hello Everyone our Facebook Community Page for The Villages at Fort Town is now under the name of "The Village at Fort Town" We will be posting new informaiton on our community and future events. The community is under new ownership and management.

Saying Goodbye to the Volunteer name. Today we are saying goodbye to the name Volunteer LLC here at Fort Town. Our Owner has sold to a wonderful new Owner and although we will miss him, we are very excited to welcome the new Owners and the new Property Management that will be caring for Fort Town, which will now be called the Villages at Fort Town.
We are very sad to say Goodbye to two of our Office staff members also. Since the accounting will be done at the corporate level we no longer will have "in-house" accounting needs. We are sending prayers and best wishes to our office manager Natalie and the bookkeeper Lisa. They have both found new positions and we know they will be successful all the new endeavors.
Please be aware over the next few days we will be off line at the office while we change our opeating systems and phone systems. If you call there may be a delay in answering or you may hear a new message.
We are still here for you and will do everything possible to care for all our residents and continue to strive and be the BEST OF THE BEST for you all.

Our Annual Christmas Contest is now underway! Hang a Christmas wreath on your front door or decorate your door with a scene (look on pinterest for cool ideas) and win some rent bucks. Winners will receive $25 toward their rent. We will have winners in each category. Deadline to decorate is December 20. Good luck to everyone

Yard Sale for the Community on October 21 from 8am to ???. All residents (except garaged units) please set up at either the office of the climate control building. Garage units can use their parking pad or lawn. If you have any questions, please call the office.

Residents, we have a gentleman stating he is with ATT and is selling Uverse, which is NOT permitted. Please be aware, we are a Comcast/Xfinity ONLY complex. They have been told this and are stating that we have given permission to sell, which we have NOT. Do not give these men any information. They are in a white suv with Florida tags.
