I will share something really funny about this photo...... Are you ready?

Check out the Pink house to the Left of the lot. That was a building lot just like the one for sale right now.

It took 2 1/2 years for my partner Rick and I to build that and get the CO. Certificate of Occupancy.

My son from CT was visiting and on a whim we took a helicopter ride.

While we were hovering over the house Jason noticed the garage door was left opened! He said, "MOM, you left the garage door open?" I was bagged! LOL that was a hillarious moment. if you look, you will see the garage door is open.

*If you buy this lot from me, I will find a helicopter and commission you a ride above your new neighborhood too. 🙂 🚁⛱️🙌
