What a time to sell and collect your windfall. The question I hear all the time is "Will I be able to find a replacement home and get an accepted contract with all the competition from buyers who want the same home?" Homes are now staying on the market a little longer now and some sellers have been slowly lowering their prices because there are not as many buyers as there were just a few months ago. So, the answer to the previous question is maybe you could find a replacement home and get an accepted contract.
