🚨 Frozen Pipes? Here’s What to Do! ❄️

If the cold has caught you off guard and your pipes freeze, don’t panic! Follow these steps to safely address the issue:

1. Call us! During normal business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm), call Citizen Services at 479-784-2262. For after hours emergencies, call System Control at 479-784-2342.

2. Open faucets to relieve pressure and help thawing.

3. Gently apply heat to the frozen section using a hair dryer, heating pad, or space heater. Never use an open flame or blowtorch.

4. Inspect for leaks once the pipes thaw. If you find any cracks or breaks, call a plumber immediately.

💧 Be patient—pipes take time to thaw. Prevention is key, so stay ahead next time with proper insulation and precautions!
