Just this Sunday, I hosted an open house in the Pinnacle Park subdivision—a stark contrast to my first open house four years ago, almost to the day. Back then, I was a bundle of nerves, unsure of every step I took. Little did I know, a week later, the world would come to a standstill due to COVID-19. Reflecting on the journey, it's astonishing to witness the rollercoaster of life's highs and lows, especially how swiftly they unfold. Four years back, the impact real estate would have on our family was beyond my imagination. Yet, through God's grace, countless doors have opened over these years. I am immensely grateful for my partnership with the Price Group over the last two and a half years. Against the backdrop of a challenging market, God opened the doors and allowed me to sell 43 properties. Together, we, The Price Group, achieved a milestone, selling 167 properties and generating $32,516,085 in volume. My heart swells with gratitude for everyone who trusted us with the most significant investment of their lives. From helping first-time homebuyers to assisting families in selling their cherished homes for a new beginning, every experience has been profoundly humbling. I've been privileged to support families in acquiring their dream homes, assist my in-laws in selling a home filled with grand memories, and guide investors through their property transactions. For each of these moments, I am deeply thankful.
