This position provides security for the property; which includes monitoring security cameras, patrolling the property, very light maintenance, communicating with tenants as well as with law enforcement and first responders when necessary. Housing, utilities and cable are included. Work hours include nights, weekends and holidays. This position requires self motivation. Applicants must pass a background check and drug test.

Need to test yourself for COVID? FREE home self-test kits are now available in Sebastian County at the Fort Smith Public Library (2:30 p.m. Update: The FS Library has now run out of kits), Greenwood Public Library, the Good Samaritan Clinic and the Sebastian County Health Department.
⭐️ Kits are limited to one kit per person or 3 kits per household pick-up. ⭐️
