We are accepting applications for all our properties. There is no application fee to apply. Applications can be found online at selfservice.compassrcg.com. Qualifying applicants must demonstrate an ability to care for a home. All applications are subject to credit and criminal background checks, among other applicable eligibility criteria. Please reach out to the leasing office for more information. The Cottages are currently under construction, and currently, our office is accepting applications now for these homes at selfservice.compmassrcg.com. This cozy new edition has cottages sizes ranging from 480, 542, and 640 square feet, and each home has one bedroom and one bathroom. The Cottages will be furnished with energy-efficient appliances such as a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and microwave. These units will be all-electric. For rental rates for The Cottages please contact the leasing office for more information. North Pointe I and North Pointe II offer a variety of sizes ranging from two-bedroom up to four-bedrooms in the form of both houses and duplexes. Like all our properties, these houses and duplexes at North Pointe I and North Pointe II will be furnished with energy-efficient appliances such as a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and microwave. North Pointe I and North Pointe II have two-car garages. For rental rates for North Pointe I and North Pointe II please contact the leasing office for more information. Each Clayton Heights home has a living room, kitchen, dining room, and two bathrooms with exterior finishes featuring brick, rock, and maintenance-free siding. Clayton Heights houses sizes range from three-bedroom and four-bedroom. Like all our properties, these houses at Clayton Heights will be furnished with energy-efficient appliances such as a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and microwave. Clayton Heights also has two-car garages. For rental rates for Clayton Heights please contact the leasing office for more information. Cedar Court has residences that offer two sizes two-bedroom and three-bedroom duplexes and are income-restricted and are all-electric residences. Good afternoon residents. Recently 5 News and local authorities have shared information regarding fraudulent activity on local EBT cards. It appears EBT card information is being stolen and used in another state. We encourage all of you to watch your balances closely and check card scanners. We do not want to see our community fall victim to such crimes. However, if you do find yourself in this situation, please contact the local police department at 479-709-5000.
