Well, after two failed attempts at hiring someone to produce a logo for my company... I decided to take matters into my own hands. I have invested in a graphics tablet and have been training myself in Adobe Illustrator over the past few weeks. Today, I created my own company logo using these tools. Remember, I made this artwork myself so if you happen to think this one looks like a drugged out beaver then please leave this commentary to yourself.

Over the past month, I have learned how to set up my own social networking server... complete with the ability to create, edit, and delete posts. This server already allows for member registration and password authentication. I am using Twitter Bootstrap 3 with Ruby on Rails which is accelerating my development process considerably. Status update: I have created a virtual card deck with actual card images. These are called "Card Objects" and "Deck Objects". I can now use them in the future to make any card game that I desire.

After working five to seven hours per day on my software development company, I had what I believe to be the app idea of my lifetime... in my mother-in-law's bathroom while on vacation. You just never know when inspiration could strike.

Welcome to my new page. This is where I will be posting my progress regarding the expansion and growth of my company. This will be a great place to check in on me from time to time whether you are rooting for me to succeed or hoping to see me fail. I just recently had the term "Happy Hamster Productions" registered as a trademark with the federal government. I will soon start the process of getting my software website up and running.
