Hello my name is Jeannie Wester and I am a Real Estate Agent at Chuck Fawcett Realty Inc. in Fort Smith Arkansas. Prior to being a full time Realtor, I worked in the Property Management side of Real Estate for more than 14 years. I have helped many individuals as well as families get into their next home for a specific time in their lives. I have a vast knowledge of all of the River Valley area because I was born and raised here. This is an advantage when buying and selling real estate in the River Valley.
I made the career change into becoming a Realtor full time because I enjoy helping people. I have worked with the public more than 25 years helping people and I cannot imagine doing anything else. I have helped people with weddings, showers, party planning, coaching little league, decorating as well as preparing paperwork for right of ways and leases. While working in property management, I helped people find their next home whether it was right out of college or because they needed to downsize to an apartment due to retirement and making life easier. Sitting across from someone who has a need whether it be in seeking a home, selling a home, planning a wedding or just simply listening to them vent about a situation or a day gone wrong gives my heart purpose. When I am not helping buyers or sellers with their homes, I am enjoying time with my family and friends. We enjoy going to church together, traveling, board games and working in our yard.
