Hello everyone, I wanted to make an announcement. After a lot of thinking and figuring out operations, I am going to begin offering my skills and services as a property manager. I will be offering a full spectrum service to manage your rental properties. I have been operating and managing 4 doors over the last 3 years and am looking to broaden my horizons and begin to take on more clients. I will be looking to take on 2-3 properties currently to get started. Front door got a massive upgrade! increased safety from all glass door to steel door. The biggest benefit of all is the reduced noise. The old door allowed so much road noise in and rattled, now it is silent in the foyer!

One thing the real estate gurus out there don’t tell you is that when you own, operate, and manage your own properties this is what it looks like. Long nights, early mornings, eating off the floor. Constantly working to improve my property for future tenants. I had tenants move out and all I think about is how I can improve the unit for the next tenant. Not how fast I can’t rent it but what added features are going to improve the quality of living. I pride myself on having the best property and best units available in the area. I want my customers to feel at home, not feel like they are renting. I also swore to myself from the beginning that I would not be a so called “slum lord” that just fills units and doesn’t care about the quality of living for the customers!

So yes I love this but it’s not as easy and peaceful as you may hear on the internet. It takes hard work and a lot of patience to provide high quality living for the community you are in!
