January 2026 was 🥶 cold!!!!!! Snow storm, freeze, rain or shine my buyers are shopping!!! 🏡 FEBRUARY LOOKING GOOD TOO! Lets go!!!!!

More homes coming to the market and interest rates easing up! Should be a good first quarter!! Call me if you need to buy or sell a property!! Spring market should be better this year! Open houses will be heating up so you guys make plans to come see me on the weekends!

His grandmother owned tons of farm land in Nebraska!!!! He was happy go lucky renting his currrnt home. He didn’t expect anything but guess what!??!!?
Once the farmland was sold, his parents blessed him with a new home! The home was only a block from his current rental. After shopping and seeing many homes, the right home came up right near him!!!! God is good! Always happy to see families who bless each other through real estate!!!

HUGE example of generosity and love!! Happy Closing Day!! Love seeing generational wealth passed down to sons, daughters and grenchildren! Family legacy!! What a huge blessing!!
