ATTENTION Destin West Beach & Bayside Resort Homeowners, guests and staff. This is the scheduling and map for the 2026 Palm tree trimmings that will happen next Monday August 24th - Friday August 28th.

Palm Tree Maintenance & Lazy River Closure
Destin West Beach & Bayside HOA

Palm tree cutting will take place throughout the property Monday, August 24th through Friday, August 28th.

The Lazy River will be closed on Tuesday, August 25th until 5:00 PM for the scheduled work.

Please help us by:
-Making sure your parking pass is clearly displayed.
-Using available parking garage spaces when possible.
-Being prepared to move vehicles if needed based on where the crews are working.
-Sharing this information with your property management company and guests.

We will have signs posted around the property and in the elevators, and staff will also be on the grounds to help communicate the schedule.

I am currently working with the palm tree company to determine the starting location and daily game plan. As soon as that information is confirmed, I will share it with everyone and have it posted on the HOA website.
