Good Morning Destin West Beach & Bayside Homeowners,

Just a few updates for this beautiful Monday morning:
The FUDS volleyball players will be checking out today. Over the weekend, my team and I worked hard to stay on top of trash management. Unfortunately, we had to close most of the trash chutes yesterday due to full dumpsters.
To help manage the overflow, I’ve placed signs on every floor asking residents to please place their trash bags neatly inside or just outside the trash chute rooms. Waste Management is scheduled to pick up today, Monday, April 28th, around 12:00 PM. Once pickup is complete, our team will clean the chute rooms and ensure all trash is properly disposed of.
Also, a couple of maintenance updates:
AFPS will be starting in the Heron building today from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The palm tree trimming will begin around the Osprey building from 8:00AM to 6:00PM.

Good Afternoon, Destin West Beach & Bayside,

As many of you know, it's FUDS Volleyball Week here at Destin West! We're excited for this event and are sharing the tournament schedule for those interested in attending the matches.

Please note that the tournament may result in increased foot and vehicle traffic around the property. Our team at Destin West Bayside is working hard to keep the grounds clean, manage trash, and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the week.

A few important reminders:
- The pool deck closes nightly at 10:00 PM.
- Parking passes are required for all guests—please make sure they are properly displayed.
- We are a 100% pool band property—wristbands must be worn at all times when using the pool.
- No balls or open containers are allowed on the pool deck.
- Our night staff is off duty by 11:00 PM.
If any issues arise after hours—such as unauthorized access to the pool after 11:00 PM or noise complaints—please contact the local police department directly.

For all other concerns, property management contact numbers are posted inside each elevator as well as the HOA Office Line.

Annual Fire Inspection Notice

Dear Residents of Destin West Beach & Bayside,

Please be advised that the annual fire inspection for our community will be conducted by AFPS from April 28th to May 1st, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM each day.

During this time, access to each unit will be required for approximately 10-20 minutes for the inspection. Please ensure your property is accessible. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact the HOA at (850) 244-1428 or via email at [email protected].
