Construction Superintendent Duties and Responsibilities:
-Minimum 5 years construction superintendent experience.
-Coordinate municipal inspections and material & equipment deliveries with vendors. Must also manage subonctractors.
-Develop overall project and weekly work schedules for both workers and subcontractors for submission to Project Manager.
-Maintain a daily log for the jobsite's operations, including personnel and equipment.
-Conduct daily site inspections for quality assurance.
-Perform safety checks to reduce the risk of workplace accidents and injuries.
-Update Project Manager about site progress.
-Remain informed about the latest building codes and construction safety standards.

Position: Construction Maintenance Tech
The technician will be required to perform a wide range of tasks, to include:
-Performing routine maintenance and punch lists
-Basic carpentry
-Basic plumbing
-Basic electrical wiring
-Interact in a pleasant manner
-Attention to detail
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic hand tools.
Background check and drug screening required.
Minimum 1 year maintenance experience preferred.
