Florida home sales increased in May, marking the 9th consecutive month of year-over-year growth. Closed sales rose for both single-family homes and condos/townhomes, while pending sales also saw strong gains—signaling continued momentum heading into summer.

✔️ Single-family sales: +0.6%
✔️ Condo/townhome sales: +6.6%
✔️ Pending sales: +4.8% (single-family) | +9.0% (condos/townhomes)

🏛️ ECAR leadership is in Washington, D.C. this week attending the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings, where thousands of REALTORS® from across the country come together to help shape the future of the real estate industry through advocacy, policy discussions, and leadership engagement.

This annual National Association of REALTORS® event focuses on advancing pro-real estate policies, protecting property rights, addressing housing affordability challenges, expanding housing opportunities, and ensuring the voice of REALTORS® and the consumers they serve is heard on Capitol Hill. Members also meet directly with lawmakers to discuss issues impacting homeownership, property rights, and local communities.

We're proud to have ECAR leaders representing Northwest Florida, serving on national advisory boards, collaborating with industry leaders from around the world, and bringing valuable insights back to our members and the communities we serve.
