Landlord Tip #3: Clarity now prevents conflict later.

A signed lease matters, but clear expectations from Day One can prevent a lot of confusion later. Move-in inspections, resident responsibilities, insurance requirements, and violation procedures should all be clearly understood before the keys are handed over.
