Underground plumbing is underway, and the elevator tower is beginning to take shape. Next, our team will complete utility installation and prepare the property for curbing and paving.

Construction continues to move forward at LUXOR Lifestyle Apartments Fort Washington!

Over the next few weeks, our team will be focused on installing siding throughout the courtyard, an important step that will allow the next phase of courtyard finishes to get underway.

From there, work will shift to the street facing side of the building as we continue bringing the exterior of LUXOR Fort Washington closer to completion.

There’s a lot happening both inside and out, and we’re excited to keep sharing the progress as we prepare to welcome our first residents later this year.

We officially broke ground at The Darlington at West Chester! Construction is now underway on Westrum Development Company’s newest senior living community. We’ve completed site clearing, demolition, and the installation of erosion and sediment control measures. This week, we began bulk earthwork, marking another exciting milestone as we continue bringing this vibrant new community to life. We look forward to sharing more construction updates as progress continues.
