🏡💍 Engaged. First-time homeowners. And a closing we’ll never forget. 🥹❤️
This closing was extra special for SO many reasons.
My clients went from getting engaged 💍 to becoming first-time homeowners 🏡 — and I couldn’t be more excited for them as they start this next chapter together! There is nothing better than getting to be part of such BIG life moments with your clients. ❤️
But this closing was also a pretty special milestone for me personally…
✨ My sister was the lender — and this was our FIRST closing together! ✨
Getting to work alongside my sister and experience this moment together was something I’ll always cherish. 🥹❤️
And then there’s the second picture… my best friends on the other side of the transaction as a listing agent and the title closer!
This is one of my favorite things about real estate. 🤍
Yes, buying or selling a home is a HUGE financial decision — but it’s also about the people you surround yourself with throughout the process. Having strong relationships with lenders, title reps, inspectors, other agents, and all of the professionals involved can make such a difference. These close net relationships in my industry helped me to serve my clients better.

It is an honor to serve on the YPN committee at Upstate Alliance of REALTORS . Our second annual event of the amazing race in downtown Fort Wayne went so amazing. ✨It is such a wonderful thing to see realtors and affiliates, mixing and building relationships and teamwork and everyone coming together as one. Nothing like a beautiful day and a little friendly competition to bring people together. This is one of my favorite events of the year! 🏆💙 YPN Field Day was about so much more than competition—it was about collaboration, leadership, and investing in the future of our industry!

I had an incredible time participating in the YPN Field Day alongside some of the BEST real estate professionals around. As a proud member of our Young Professionals Network (YPN) Committee, it’s incredibly rewarding to help put on events that bring REALTORS® together while supporting an amazing cause. 🏡🤝

Networking with other REALTORS® isn’t just about building friendships (although that’s a huge bonus ❤️). It’s about learning from one another, sharing ideas, staying informed, and becoming better advocates for our clients and our communities. The stronger our relationships are within our industry, the better we can serve the people who trust us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

This event also raised money for RPAC (REALTOR® Political Action Committee). RPAC helps ensure REALTORS® have a voice in public policy and supports efforts that protect private property rights, homeownership, and the real estate industry. Making a real difference doesn’t just happen at the closing table—it also happens through advocacy and involvement in the political process. 🇺🇸🏠

And yes…our team (Navy) was in 1st place all day! 🥇 We fought hard and had an absolute blast, but the final event was worth double points, which bumped us into 2nd place. 🥈 It wasn’t the ending we hoped for, but we walked away with great memories, lots of laughs, and the satisfaction of supporting something bigger than ourselves.
