He tried to sell it on his own first.

For about 45 to 50 days, I was helping behind the scenes. We made flyers, added a dusk photo, and did what we could to get attention.

But nothing happened.

No showings.
Just calls from agents.

At a certain point, he realized something needed to change and trusted me to step in.

Once we repositioned it and got the right eyes on it, everything started to move.

Now it is officially pending and moving forward smoothly.

The best part is where he is headed next. He is downsizing into a villa closer to family, which was the goal from the beginning.

Another Closing Day Story 📍Bluffton Bound

Big congrats to Jackie Geesaman on buying her first home. She made the move from Fort Wayne to Bluffton to be closer to work, and it was a privilege to help her through the process.

We were connected by her coworker and past client David Butler (appreciate the referral). We started talking back in June, but things really picked up at the end of July. She stayed focused and steady the whole way. When we got her offer accepted, she super excited. And at closing, I believe she was going through all the emotions. Her son Charlie came along, claimed he wasn’t tired when they got there, and then fell asleep about two minutes into the paperwork.😂🥱😴
