This girl is TIRED! 😴 My clients flew into town yesterday morning and we hit the ground running! Looked at SO MANY homes in Fort Wayne, Huntington, Woodburn, Auburn, Waynedale, Bluffton…. And tonight we got the call that an offer was accepted. 🎉🎉 So glad they can fly home tomorrow knowing they officially have their new home under contract!! ❤️🏡

This market is tricky, we still have low inventory and multiple offers, but it can be done…even in under 36 hrs 😜 Thanks to everyone who sent me their listings or offered for me to sell their home…Oh, I’ll still do that by the way. 😉🥰

In the 4 short months of Zaiya’s life, Amariah has done what any mother would do…care for her baby despite all the struggles she’s been through. We’ve never asked for anything but prayers, and thank everyone for those. ❤️

Amariah’s car has broken down in Indy and we just can’t keep putting money into such a unreliable vehicle that has constant problems. She needs transportation to find a job, get to and from the job, and provide for Zaiya. Even after the transplant, Zaiya is going to require very frequent trips back and forth to Riley.

If you feel lead, please consider donating to help Amariah purchase a reliable vehicle. If you aren’t able to give - for whatever reason - would you mind sharing?

I smell a lot of homes in my line of work. Most smell good, but every once in a while I encounter one that’s, well... not so good. 🥴

Here's my advice when it comes to putting your home on the market: DON’T HAVE IT SMELL LIKE ANYTHING. 🙅‍♀️

Sometimes, I walk into houses and there are scented plugins, candles, car trees hanging around 🫤etc. While they may very well be good smells on their own, they scream to a seasoned agent and savvy buyer “What smell are they trying to hide?” 🤔

Keep the smells in your home neutral, and don’t try to mask bad odors…I have lots of tips on how to rectify those odors before listing your home - let’s talk!
