The one bedroom home with central air I posted a Couple weeks ago, was finished Sunday and rented Monday. Thanks to all who showed interest. I will post any up coming properties as soon as they come available. Stay tuned... They only seem to last a day or 2 when available.

I have a one bedroom home with central air vinyl clad double pained windows. That will be available may 1st. In the 2200 block of New Haven ave 46803 $675/675 will have new paint and carpet when completed. I pay water and mow the grass for you. Tennant pays electric only

Property had been rented!

UPDATE... passed all city inspection this property is now officially available for rent. Quick move in posable with approved application. Setting appointments for showings now.

Sorry to all, this property has been rented as of 4/18/2022. if anything changes I'll post something ASAP. Presently I have nothing coming available but keep watching the page I will post if things change...

Making headway, will be listing this one for rent soon. 3 bed 2 bath laundry and master bedroom on first floor with large outside deck. $775 a month $775 deposit Will be available for move-in as early as next week. Flooring won't be done for a day or two yet.
